Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to fully understand their challenges and requirements
• Design and recommend customized digital solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions
• Provide ongoing support and insights to enhance client understanding of digital products
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Document client feedback and project progress for internal analysis

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in consulting, digital solutions, or customer service is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and articulate digital technology concepts
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Capability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage
