Protavio Ltd is expanding in the US and is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the chance to represent our multiplex biomarker analysis testing services and bioiformatics analysis directly to clients across pharma, wellness, and diagnostic sectors. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, develop meaningful relationships with them, and close deals. You will be expected to showcase our offerings, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Report on sales activities and provide forecasts to the management team regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Willingness to travel within US and sometimes in Europe.
- Passion for biotechnology and a commitment to providing solutions that improve health outcomes.
