Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive business growth. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting your findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights

- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Experience with data visualization and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of healthcare data and terminology is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Boston, Massachusetts. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
