How the ramp actually works (no surprises)

• First days: you start as an appointment setter, booking appointments for our closers while you learn the leads and the conversations. You earn a setter's fee for every appointment you book that closes.
• Weeks 1 to 2: you complete our training program on structured call blocks six days per week, running the script word-for-word.
• After training: you pass a recorded pitch assessment, then book and close your own deals on our structured draw model, based on a points program, plus full commissions and residuals on your closes.

Licensing

An active health or life license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Not licensed yet? You can still apply, but you'll need your home state license before training begins (most people complete it in 1 to 3 weeks). We also have systems in place to help you get your future state licenses faster for those who do not yet have the 5-10 state licenses needed for the sales stage of training.

The numbers, honestly

• Month 1 is the slowest: setter fees while you train.
• Consistent agents reach $5,000 to $8,000/month by month three.
• Typical first-year range is $40K to $80K for consistent agents.
• Established full-time producers earn $8,000 to $15,000/month, and our top producers earn over $250K a year, plus residual income on active policies.

What you'll need

• Full-time availability with structured call blocks six days per week
• Computer (Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM), headset, and reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable)
• 30 to 60 days of financial runway for ramp-up. Candidates under immediate financial pressure typically struggle early; we want you set up to succeed.
