Sales Representative

Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing, AFRA-accredited logistics leader with over a decade of success across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, offering a dynamic and supportive team environment where hard work is rewarded with strong career progression and excellent earning potential.

They are now seeking to hire a Sales Representative to convert inbound sales leads and build strong ongoing customer relationships. The purpose of this role is to identify customer needs, prepare tailored quotes, and directly support the company in achieving its sales targets and growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Sales

• Handle a high volume of inbound phone enquiries and email leads efficiently and professionally
• Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate removal and storage solutions
• Prepare and present accurate, detailed service quotes and proposals to clients
• Conduct timely follow-ups via phone and email to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure all opportunities are pursued to completion

Account Management & Administration

• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and pipeline activity in the CRM system
• Ensure all sales administration and booking documentation are completed on time
• Coordinate directly with internal teams to manage bookings and ensure seamless service delivery
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

Requirements

• High level of verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions
• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing sales opportunities
• Experience in handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• High attention to detail when creating quotes, managing documentation, and updating CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs consistently

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience in the removal, storage, or logistics industries
• Proficiency in using modern CRM platforms and sales tools
• Previous experience in a fast-paced telesales or customer service environment
