Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and timely customer support in Dutch, via calls, email, and/or chats.
• Assist customers with product information, order management, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
