Job Description

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer service support for US-based businesses. We are building a talent pool of Customer Support Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve issues professionally.
  • Document interactions accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues.
  • Meet response-time goals.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • CRM/ticketing system experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Reliable internet.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
  • BPO or SaaS experience.
