⭐ Role Overview
As a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth at Lodgify, you will own the visual design and responsive layout of our visitor-to-trial journey, focusing on building high-converting landing pages, seamless signups, and early product experiences. Your main challenge will be combining high-end aesthetic polish with data-driven frameworks to create persuasive web interfaces that measurably accelerate user activation and growth.
Design high-performing landing pages, signup entry points, and interactive activation moments that directly convert top-of-funnel web traffic into active trial users.
Build comprehensive, production-ready visual assets and specifications in Figma that engineering can implement directly and flawlessly from day one
Craft detailed user flows, edge cases, error states, and logic maps to serve as the single, clear source of truth for seamless engineering execution.
Architect tailored user journeys that respond directly to visitor intent levels, reducing user anxiety and guiding prospects to the optimal conversion branch.
Expand and scale our organizational design system by introducing reusable components and unified design tokens tailored for growth marketing layers.
Apply Product-Led Growth (PLG) frameworks to design moments that unlock the user's "aha moment" before asking for an official sign-up or subscription.
Conduct rapid qualitative and quantitative discoveries, running usability tests and user session analyses to translate behavioral data into winning layout hypotheses.
Partner closely on a daily basis with Growth Product Managers, marketers, and copywriters to align messaging, visuals, and high-velocity conversion experiments.
5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, demonstrating genuine hands-on depth in both disciplines.
You have deep, hands-on experience designing digital products (SaaS, apps) — ideally complemented by web design experience (conversion flows, marketing-adjacent experiences).
Comfortable owning a project from interaction definition through to production-ready UI, without a separate UX or visual design team to hand off to.
SaaS experience (subscription funnels, trial flows, activation metrics) is a strong plus.
Visitor-to-trial conversion rate improves — the pre-trial activation layer measurably converts more top-of-funnel visitors into trial users, demonstrated through A/B experiments with clear before/after data.
Users arrive at their first meaningful product moment faster — people who go through the activation experience understand Lodgify's value sooner and reach the setup moment in less time than those who don't.
The Growth team ships more experiments per quarter — design is not the bottleneck. Experiment velocity increases because design output is fast, buildable, and decisions are grounded in behavioral data.
A growing share of new paying customers converts through the self-serve, product-led path — without sales involvement. This designer's work directly contributes to that shift in acquisition mix.
Each new activation initiative costs less to design and validate than the last — because the patterns, routing logic, and design foundations built by this person make future experiments faster and more consistent.
