Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead organic growth, content publishing, and community engagement across major social media platforms.
This is not a content scheduling role.
You’ll be responsible for building engaged communities, increasing organic visibility, maintaining brand voice, and turning content into meaningful conversations that drive audience growth and engagement.
You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure content reaches the right audience, sparks interaction, and strengthens the brand across every platform.
If you’re passionate about organic social growth, understand platform algorithms, and enjoy building active online communities, this role is an excellent fit.
In short: You transform content into engaged communities by creating meaningful conversations, increasing organic reach, and strengthening brand presence across multiple social platforms.
Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the next step that completes your application and can be recorded whenever it’s convenient for you.
Instead of repeating yourself across multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This helps the hiring team evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.
Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed.
Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation after submitting your application.
If you’re passionate about organic social media growth, love building engaged online communities, and know how to turn great content into meaningful conversations, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help shape a brand’s voice while driving engagement, visibility, and long-term community growth.
