Requirements

  • Recent Technology, Engineering, or Product experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
  • Experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technology Delivery, AI & Automation, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
