We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-centric digital experiences for modern consumer products. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of Gen Z user behavior, and a passion for designing intuitive, mobile-first interfaces.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality UI/UX designs for mobile applications and websites using Figma, with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and consistency. Working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will transform ideas into seamless digital experiences while building scalable design systems that support long-term product growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for mobile and web applications with a mobile-first approach.
• Create high-fidelity user interfaces, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop engaging user journeys that balance usability, accessibility, and modern visual design.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and style libraries.
• Design interactive elements, micro-interactions, and motion experiences that enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints while maintaining brand identity and design standards.
• Continuously research emerging design trends, consumer behaviors, and UX best practices to drive product innovation.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback, user insights, and business objectives.
• Deliver pixel-perfect design assets and documentation to support efficient implementation by development teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern consumer-facing digital products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent visual design skills with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and contemporary UI aesthetics.
• Experience designing mobile-first applications and responsive web interfaces.
• Ability to create bold, engaging, and intuitive user experiences tailored to modern consumer audiences, particularly Gen Z users.
• Strong experience building scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing products within D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, consumer technology, or social platforms is highly preferred.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to balance innovation, usability, and business objectives.
