We are hiring German-speaking Support Specialists to join our teams in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional service. You will work with international brands and become part of a multicultural team in one of Europe's fastest-growing business locations.

This opportunity is open to candidates already living in Bulgaria or those interested in relocating to Sofia with our support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and/or chat.
• Handle customer questions and requests professionally.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow quality and service guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Good English skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous support experience is an advantage but not required.
