Compensation Snapshot

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation:

USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, FlutterFlow capability, product thinking, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives:

Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on successful product delivery, build quality, innovation, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

As our FlutterFlow Product Designer, you'll help transform product strategy into beautifully designed, production-ready applications.

You'll collaborate across multiple disciplines to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, improve user experiences, and deliver high-quality FlutterFlow builds that integrate seamlessly into our broader technology ecosystem.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional product builder who combines design thinking with technical capability.

You should have:

• Professional experience building applications using FlutterFlow.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and UI principles.
• Experience designing customer journeys and user flows.
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas.
• Strong FlutterFlow shipping history: you’ve built and launched real FlutterFlow apps to production.
• Strong UI craft: you can deliver pixel-perfect execution and consistent design systems inside FlutterFlow.
• Solid integration skills: REST APIs, auth flows, state management, offline/latency states, caching patterns, error/empty/loading states.
• Comfort with custom code when needed (custom actions/functions/widgets) while staying FlutterFlow-first.
• You’re AI-native: you actively use modern AI tools for development/design/testing and can describe your workflow clearly.
• You’re organized: you keep ClickUp updated, communicate clearly, and document decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

AI-First Product Design Experience

We're specifically looking for someone who actively embraces AI throughout product development.

Experience using AI for:

• UX research
