We are looking for German-speaking Technical Solutions Consultants to join our international teams in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support partners and clients by providing technical guidance, answering questions, and helping them successfully use products and solutions.

You will combine communication skills with technical problem-solving while working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to German-speaking partners.
• Help clients understand products and solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical questions.
• Communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with technical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Good English skills.
• Strong technical interest and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous technical support experience is an advantage.
