Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Fitbit products in German.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous technical support or customer service experience is an advantage.
