Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with Fitbit device setup, synchronisation, app functionality, and account management to ensure a seamless fitness and wellness experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit wearables, including hardware concerns, software updates, and connectivity problems with fitness tracking platforms.
• Educate Danish-speaking customers on Fitbit's full range of health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, activity goals, and nutrition logging.
• Process warranty claims, product replacements, and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system, adhering to established quality and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to team leaders to help improve the overall Fitness & Wellness customer support experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Danish-speaking customers.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-focused consumer products is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required — full training is provided.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of digital tools, mobile applications, and basic technical troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (in addition to Danish) to collaborate effectively within the international team environment.
