Job Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work for Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about providing excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
