We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients by answering inquiries, providing travel-related support, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services, reservations, policies, and available options
• Assist clients with booking updates, itinerary questions, cancellations, and general travel support
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems
• Follow up with clients to ensure questions and service requests have been resolved
• Coordinate with internal team members to support customer needs and travel arrangements
• Process administrative tasks related to customer service and travel support
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software applications
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, call center, retail, or a related field
• Experience using CRM software, customer support platforms, or reservation systems
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar communication platforms
• Experience supporting customers in a remote environment is a plus
