Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to fitness tracking, health monitoring features, and device functionality.

Requirements

Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is an absolute requirement for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is strongly desirable.
Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a client-facing service environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
