Key Responsibilities

• Stay fully informed of product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements to ensure advice given to customers is always accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and brand representation in every customer interaction, reinforcing client trust and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all client communication will be conducted in Dutch.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility).
• A strong customer service mindset with prior experience in a Customer Support Services, contact centre, or client-facing role highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A proactive, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively and perform consistently in a remote working environment.
• A good working knowledge of English is an advantage, as it may be used for internal communications and training purposes.
