• Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and performance targets as defined by the Customer Support Services team.
• Participate actively in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to stay current with product knowledge and service protocols.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in German.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• A strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping people and delivering solutions within a Customer Support Services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
