Key Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, solution-focused attitude that enhances the overall customer journey and contributes to team morale and performance.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential — this is a core requirement for all French-speaking jobs of this nature.
• A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication, training materials, and team collaboration.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
