Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth within the Polish market. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales funnel, identifying high-potential prospects and initiating the first conversations that lead to lasting partnerships. This is a pivotal position for a communicator who thrives on building bridges between complex solutions and business needs, offering a clear path into a successful career in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling to decision-makers in Poland.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage a consistent pipeline of meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Localize sales messaging to ensure it resonates with the cultural and business nuances of the Polish market.
  • Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies based on real-time market feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) at a professional business level.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and follow-ups.
  • A proactive approach to learning new products and sales methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • A background in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
