Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels

- Monitor and maintain system security, including data backup and disaster recovery

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades

- Train employees on new systems and software as needed

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with network troubleshooting and maintenance

- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and services such as Office 365 and AWS

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
