Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our core product offerings. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, identifying market opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to build solutions that solve real customer problems. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on ownership, data-driven decision-making, and the challenge of scaling a product in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features.
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories, and manage the product backlog through prioritization.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring a user-centric approach to every build.
• Present product progress and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Proven track record of launching successful products or features from ideation through to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• High degree of technical literacy and an understanding of software development lifecycles.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in specialized sectors like Fintech, Healthtech, or AI/ML.
• Previous experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup.
• Technical background or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with advanced product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo).
