Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with electronic devices, offering clear and concise solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed support and assistance.
  • Follow established procedures and meet quality standards to ensure a consistent service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the electronics sector.
  • Solid understanding of electronics and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with computer systems and familiar with customer support software.
  • A proactive and adaptable learner with a willingness to keep up with new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by customer needs.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece with a valid European Passport or ID.
