Technical Product Owner

Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to act as the execution engine between client vision and engineering delivery. You’ll drive day-to-day team operations — sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, and removing blockers — while ensuring a consistent delivery cadence and strong team accountability.

Requirements

What you own:

• Day-to-day execution with the engineering team (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing, unblocking)
• Translating the client's vision into actionable, well-defined tickets
• Driving delivery cadence and team accountability

Must-have:

• 5 years as a Product Owner embedded with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience owning a backlog for teams building AI or ML features
• Hands-on experience with data platform initiatives: data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, data engineering teams
• Proven execution track record: sprint velocity, release frequency, unblocking teams
• Comfortable operating under someone else's vision without friction
• Strong English communication

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or similar
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment. Supply Chain experience is optimal.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent qualification.
