Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and support resolutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate issues when needed.
• Educate customers on platform features, functionalities, and best practices to improve usage.
• Engage in regular training and self-improvement to stay updated on platform advancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• No prior experience is necessary; we welcome enthusiastic and motivated candidates.
