Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed assistance.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards to deliver consistent service.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in the electronics sector.
• Strong understanding of electronics and troubleshooting processes.
