Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries and bookings
• Provide accurate information and recommendations to help clients choose the best accommodations
• Resolve booking issues and address client concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences
• Stay informed about accommodation offerings and local attractions to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• No prior experience necessary; eagerness to learn and grow is essential
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools

• Must reside in Greece and have the ability to work remotely
