Position Summary
The Inside Sales APAC team serves as the first point of contact for many prospective customers and plays a critical role in driving sales growth across the region. The primary objective of the role is to qualify prospects who have expressed interest in Sangoma’s products and services by understanding their business needs and determining whether Sangoma’s solutions are a technical and commercial fit. Leads are distributed either by territory or through a round-robin process to ensure fair and balanced allocation across the team. All leads are generated by the Marketing department through sources such as inbound phone inquiries, website form submissions, and product webinars.
Through strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and teamwork skills, the successful candidate will directly contribute to pipeline development, customer retention, and revenue growth within the APAC region.
