As Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead Surgence's quality strategy across our healthcare supply chain platform, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. This is a technical, hands-on "player-coach" role. It combines people management, process management, leading through influence, and delivering testing excellence across enterprise SaaS, data, security, and AI-enabled solutions. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive reliable releases, scalable quality practices, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
