Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and generating opportunities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the transformative potential of AI and its impact on diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Engagement
    • Use Apollo.io, Hubspot, Dripify, and Clay to identify, filter, and document leads.
    • Execute cold calling strategies to connect with potential clients.
    • Invite leads to events and follow up on sign-ups.
  2. Relationship Building
    • Build strong, professional relationships with a diverse range of industries, lines of business, and personas.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating a positive and lasting impression.
  3. Event Outreach
    • Plan and execute outreach campaigns to invite potential clients to events.
    • Manage follow-ups to ensure attendance and engagement.
  4. Reporting & Optimization
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads within CRM tools.
    • Continuously improve outreach strategies by analyzing results and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to use a dialer and make cold calls effectively.
  • Growth mindset with an obsession to overachieve goals.
  • Quick learner capable of adapting to various industries and client personas.
  • Strong organizational skills for lead planning, documentation, and filtering.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience or interest in artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, Hubspot, Dripify, and Clay.
  • Previous success in planning and executing outreach campaigns.
