Access to health care is vital for successful second chances, yet many people returning to communities after incarceration do not get care when they need it. The Health and Reentry Project (HARP) is a growing national nonprofit organization that builds safer, healthier communities by improving access to health care for people leaving incarceration. One of HARP’s central priorities is providing technical assistance to states, local governments, correctional facilities, and community organizations to ensure that health and reentry policies are successfully implemented. You can learn more about HARP and our work at our website.
HARP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program and Operations Assistant to support the needs of our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the work of this core team member will be essential to keeping HARP's programs, processes, and schedules running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to contribute to meaningful work at the intersection of health care and public safety.
