Graphic Designer
Most designers obsess over aesthetics. You'll obsess over performance—producing high-volume static ads that actually convert.
We're not just another e-commerce company. We're a brand incubator on a mission to build enduring, value-driven brands that bring meaningful products into families' lives.
We've scaled from just drop shipping to a 50+ person team doing $1M+/month. Our goal? Multi 9-figures. And we're just getting started.

🧠 GENIUSES & OWNERS
We partner with builders who think like founders. Not employees waiting to be told what to do—owners who see a problem and fix it.
⚡ ITERATIONS > HOURS
We don't measure success by time at your desk. We measure it by how fast you can test, learn, and improve. Ship it. Learn. Repeat.
🎯 TRUTH OVER EGO
We prioritize honesty and clarity, even when it's uncomfortable. No politics. No BS. Just data and results.
Let's be clear about what this role is—and isn't.
This isn't a brand design role where you spend hours perfecting a single visual. This is direct response advertising. Speed matters. Volume matters. And most importantly—conversion matters.
We need someone who can produce at least 70 static ad images per week. That's not a typo. Our creative testing machine requires high volume to find winners, and you'll be the engine that powers it.
You'll work from briefs, templates, and proven frameworks. You'll iterate fast. You'll create variations. You'll understand that the "ugly" ad that converts beats the "beautiful" ad that doesn't.
If you're someone who can move fast, follow direct response principles, and produce consistent quality at scale—this role is for you.
Requirements
Bonus Points:
We're being direct because we respect your time:
Benefits
💰 Monthly Salary: $1,000 - $1,500/month
Plus:
We don't waste time—yours or ours. Here's how it works:
Total timeline: 1 week from application to offer.
P.S. We don't care about fancy brand portfolios. Show us ads that were designed to convert—even if they're "ugly" by traditional design standards. That's what we want to see.
P.P.S. 70 statics per week sounds like a lot—because it is. But if you're fast and systematic, it's very doable. If that number excites you instead of scaring you, we should talk.
