Job Description

The Role

Email Deliverability Specialist is the infrastructure backbone of Belkins' outreach engine. You own the health of email domains and mailboxes across multiple client projects simultaneously - monitoring reputation signals every day, running warmup, setting up email sequences, and ensuring every email lands in the inbox, not the spam folder.

This is a technical, systematic role with real ownership. You're not assisting - you're the decision-maker for domain infrastructure on every project you run. Your work directly determines whether our clients' email outreach campaigns succeed or fail.

What You'll Be Doing

- Monitor domain reputation and mailbox health across 10–12 client projects daily, identifying signal drops before they become incidents

- Run warmup and counter-measures when reputation deteriorates — including manual warmup, spam recovery, and pacing adjustments

- Set up email sequences end-to-end in Reply.io and Instantly: template setting, lead loading, scheduling, step configuration, and pacing

- Diagnose deliverability issues (bounce codes, DMARC failures, blacklistings, content flags) — trace root causes across domain reputation data, spam placement signals, and reply rate trends, and resolve independently before escalating

- Configure DNS infrastructure from scratch: SPF, DKIM, DMARC records, Custom Tracking Domains

- Verify email templates against spam trigger patterns and content hygiene standards before launch

What You Bring

- Hands-on experience with domain warmup, email reputation monitoring, and bounce log analysis

- Working knowledge of DNS records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup

- Experience with outreach platforms: (we use Reply.io, Smartlead, Lemlist), or a comparable tool

- A systematic daily process you can describe without prompting - you build checklists, not react to fires

- Resilience to change: at Belkins, processes evolve regularly, and this role evolves with them

- English: Intermediate+ written (you'll communicate with clients and global teammates in text)

Nice to have:

- Background in technical support at a domain registrar or email platform support

- Experience with deliverability analytics tools: Folderly, EmailGuard, MailReach, Glockapp, PlusVibe.ai

- Understanding of cold outreach sequence logic and lead-to-send workflows

What's Special About Working at Belkins

- Your own tool. You'll work daily with Folderly - a deliverability platform built in-house at Belkins. It's your instrument, and you know the team that built it.

- Flexible schedule. Our team defines its own hours within business-hours availability. No one checks when you log in - they check what you ship.

- Clear growth path. Junior → Middle → Senior, with a transparent skill matrix, regular performance reviews, and compensation that moves with your level - not with company mood.

- A team that stays. Average tenure on this team is 3+ years. People join and build careers here.

- AI-powered future. We're investing heavily in automation. By the time you hit your stride, some of the most repetitive parts of setup will be handled by AI - giving you more time for the work that actually requires expertise.

And everything in the standard Belkins package below.

You're Our Kind of Person If You

- Can walk through your daily monitoring routine without being asked - you own your process

- Move from "something's off" to "here's what I found and here's my fix" without waiting for direction

- Stay steady when processes change - and they will, because Belkins is always moving

- Are genuinely curious about how email infrastructure works at a technical level: DNS, ISP behavior, spam filter logic

- Want more depth and ownership than your current role gives you - whether you're coming from technical support, domain administration, or outreach operations
