Job Description

Assima is a global software company helping enterprise organizations achieve faster digital adoption and greater value from their technology investments. Trusted by many of the world's largest companies, Assima's award-winning platform enables organizations to deliver hyper-realistic training and performance support for complex business applications. As the company continues to expand across Europe, this is an opportunity to play a highly visible role, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping strategic partnerships with some of the world's most influential consulting and transformation firms.

We are seeking a European Partner Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with major transformation consultancies such as KPMG, PwC, IBM, Accenture, and Deloitte. This senior role reports directly to the CEO and requires someone who has operated at C‑level, understands the consulting ecosystem, and can convert partnerships into revenue.

The position is home‑based, with minimal travel. Most partner engagement, demos, and customer interactions are delivered via Microsoft Teams.

Fluent English is mandatory. French, German, Spanish, or Dutch are highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with top-tier consulting and transformation partners across Europe.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through enablement, account mapping, and joint GTM activity.
  • Engage confidently at C‑suite level within partner organisations and enterprise customers.
  • Deliver virtual demos, workshops, and enablement sessions via Teams.
  • Support partners throughout customer cycles, including scoping, proposals, and commercial alignment.
  • Identify and onboard new consulting and SI partners to extend market reach.
  • Report directly to the CEO on partner performance, pipeline, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5–10+ years in partner management, alliances, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven success working with major consulting firms (KPMG, PwC, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte).
  • Strong track record of partner-led enterprise selling.
  • Comfortable engaging at C‑level and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experienced in remote-first, virtual engagement models.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Dutch) are a strong advantage.

Personal Attributes

  • Hungry, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and able to work autonomously.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
