Job Description

Workstate is seeking an ET OIC Oracle Developer to join our expert team in support of enterprise integration initiatives across Oracle Cloud platforms. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integrations that connect Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, and related enterprise systems.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to build reliable data flows, support integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and help ensure successful deployment readiness. This role requires strong Oracle Integration Cloud development experience, practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, and the ability to translate business and system requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.

This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.

Job Duties

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ATP, and related platforms
  • Build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud adapters, mappings, orchestrations, and scheduled jobs
  • Support data flows between Oracle modules and external systems
  • Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, file-based, and database integrations
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and resolve defects
  • Review and validate integration builds during CRP, SIT, and UAT
  • Partner with functional SMEs to confirm integration logic aligns with business processes
  • Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Document integration designs, error handling, test results, and operational procedures
  • Apply integration leading practices for reliability, maintainability, and auditability

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations
  • Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle HCM Cloud integration experience
  • Oracle ATP / Autonomous Transaction Processing experience
  • REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and file-based integration patterns
  • Experience with integration orchestration, mappings, adapters, lookups, error handling, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS APIs and business object structures
  • SQL and PL/SQL experience
  • Experience with data flows, scheduled integrations, event-driven integrations, and middleware patterns
  • SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness experience
  • Ability to work with business analysts, functional leads, and enterprise architecture teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
