AI Visualiser (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI Visualizer to create high-end visual content for premium real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AI image-generation skills with a great sense of aesthetics, composition, and architectural visualization.

You will work on creating compelling visuals for residential and commercial developments, helping bring concepts and ideas to life through cutting-edge AI tools and creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated visualizations for:
• Exterior renderings
• Interior renderings
• Masterplans
• Conceptual real estate imagery
• Transform briefs and references into high-quality visual content.
• Refine and enhance AI outputs using Photoshop and other design tools.
• Maintain consistency in style and visual quality across projects.
• Develop multiple creative concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to improving and optimizing AI visualization workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI image generation tools, such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Flux or Other relevant AI tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated visual work, preferably in Real Estate (experience in other industries is also a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of working with 3D scenes:
• Opening and navigating 3D files
• Adjusting camera angles
• Turning layers on/off
• Excellent visual taste and a strong sense of premium aesthetics.
• English and Russian proficiency of B2 or above.
• Experience working with real estate developers, architectural studios, or visualization agencies.
