Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates based in the Philippines

Role Overview:

The company is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel its expansion by identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in financial consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via emails and LinkedIn outreach (no calls).
  • Research target companies and key decision-makers to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and set up introductory meetings for senior sales executives.

2. Campaign Collaboration and Optimization

  • Work with the marketing team to enhance outreach campaigns and materials.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement to improve targeting strategies.
  • Ensure all activities align with overall business development goals.

3. CRM and Data Management

  • Leverage HubSpot to track, manage, and analyze all sales activities and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Use HubSpot's features to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with financial consulting or professional services industries.
  • Experience in multi-channel outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to provide insights on market trends.
  • Familiarity with Call recording software (Avoma)
