Job Description

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who can help customers solve complex supply chain challenges and maximize the value they achieve from our solutions. 

In this role, you'll work alongside our Business Development team to win new business, shape customer solutions, help them to realize value and build compelling value propositions. Once customers are onboarded, you'll become their trusted commercial partner, identify new opportunities for growth and own the defend plan. Working closely with Customer Success during implementation phase.

What You'll Do:

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines solution engineering, account growth management, customer engagement and strategic relationship management. 

Grow Existing Customers 

    • Become the trusted commercial partner for assigned customers.  
    • Build long-term relationships and ensure customers continue to realize value from SkyCell solutions.  
    • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.  
    • Proactively manage risks to customer retention and satisfaction.  
    • Drive expansion through new use cases, geographies, products and business units.  
    • Work closely with Customer Success to deliver solution, satisfaction and meet customer expectations on solutions. 
    • Turn successful customers into advocates and references.  

Support winning New Business 

    • Partner with Business Development teams on strategic sales opportunities.  
    • Understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling solutions.  
    • Build business cases and value propositions that help customers make decisions.  
    • Engage senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality and supply chain functions.  
    • Help accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.  
    • Coordinate with product, pricing and commercial teams to deliver winning solutions.

    • Revenue growth across new and existing customers.  
    • Strong customer retention and satisfaction.  
    • Expansion within strategic accounts.  
    • Faster sales cycles and improved win rates.  
    • Trusted relationships with customers and internal teams. 

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Background: technical sales, account management, customer success, solution engineering, business development or enterprise sales.  Organised, proactive, structured, process-driven. 
  • Comfortable navigating complex customer environments.  
  • Experienced handling complex solutions. 
  • Data driven approach to analyse and deliver appropriate solution to meet customer needs. 
  • Comfortable to aggregate data to deliver customer biz reviews. 
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. 
  • Preferably with experience in logistics or cold chain. 
  • French or German speaking would be advantageous.
