Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with prospective customers, follow up on leads, and close sales. This is a high-volume outbound sales role requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50-100 outbound dials per day to qualified leads.
  • Complete approximately 20 live conversations daily with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with 100-250 leads generated through customer events and marketing activities.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and close a minimum of 2 sales per week.
  • Process customer payments and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in a high-volume phone sales environment.
  • Experience selling to an older demographic (ages 50–70).
  • Demonstrated success selling high-ticket products or services.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and collecting customer payments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet performance targets consistently.
