Remote Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Remote Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing designs for our online and offline training materials. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for our online and offline training materials

- Assist in the development of visual concepts and design layouts

- Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for training materials

- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel

- Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our design process and output

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Experience in e-learning design is a plus
