We aren’t looking for a traditional corporate Product Manager who spends their day moving tickets between columns or hiding behind process. We need a Product Manager who can turn ambiguity into momentum and help shape products that users genuinely love.
Your mission is to own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to create experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes. You'll help define product vision, identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and ensure the team is consistently focused on the highest-impact work.
This is a remote role for someone who thrives in startup environments, embraces ownership, and is excited by the challenge of building products in fast-moving industries such as Web3, Gaming, Gambling, eSports, and other highly engaged digital communities.
We value product judgment over process. Whether you're a seasoned Product Manager or an emerging product leader with a track record of shipping meaningful products, we care most about your ability to think critically, execute effectively, and create momentum.
Identify new product opportunities through customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and translate insights into product direction and feature development.
Help define and evolve the long-term product vision alongside leadership.
Own product planning and execution, transforming business objectives into clear priorities and actionable development cycles.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using a disciplined, outcome-oriented approach.
Ensure engineering and design efforts remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
Drive alignment across stakeholders while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Communicate priorities, decisions, and product strategy clearly across the organization.
Use analytics, user behavior, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
Measure product performance and continuously iterate based on results.
Balance quantitative insights with strong product intuition and user empathy.
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure features are delivered with a high standard of quality.
Define clear requirements and success metrics for new initiatives.
Ensure launches are thoughtful, polished, and aligned with both user expectations and business goals.
