In this role, you will provide excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to respond to their inquiries and provide assistance.
• Offer detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience and service quality.
• Stay updated on company products, procedures, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
