This role involves delivering top-tier customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products and services.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about company offerings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation expenses will be covered.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
