We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to develop creative concepts for online training courses, marketing materials, and website design
- Create and design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various print and digital media
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs
- Provide support for other design projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for learning and staying updated on design trends and techniques
