UX Architect / Digital Product Designer (part-time or freelance)

WorkNomads is on the hunt for a UX Architect / Digital Product Designer to join our team!

Your mission at WorkNomads: 

• Define, establish and evolve UX strategy and long-term product experience vision 
• Develop strong digital concepts rooted in UX, UI, and brand thinking 
• Translate brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into distinctive digital experiences across product, web, and other interactive touchpoints 
• Design from early concepts and prototypes through to final UI and interaction details 
• Integrate UX, UI, accessibility, and content into cohesive, exceptional product experiences 
• Translate user insights into structured product requirements and tangible design outcomes  
• Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, designers, engineering, and marketing to move work forward 
• Work with project managers on product roadmaps and delivery, driving user research and insights   
• Design and map user journeys and retention flows 
• Develop wireframes and scalable UI systems through to detailed design execution 
• Keep a pulse on emerging trends and reports relevant across diverse clients and industries 

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you :  

• Have a self-starter mentality, to be proactive, autonomous, and strong in time and priority management  
• Are adaptable and have the ability to get comfortable in rapid product development, able to pivot as business needs evolve   
• Are able to balance inspiring big-picture concepts and strong down-to-the-details execution 
• Are equally comfortable speaking business and creative languages;  
• Are curious, vocal, and have strong interpersonal skills within cross-functional teams  
• Are observant, empathetic, yet systematic in understanding user insight  
• Have a strong understanding of how branding and creative projects work; have experience with brand design, graphics and typography  
• Design with intention, empathy and systematic thinking to user insight, deliver whole package solutions with a high sensitivity of responsibility  
• Have a passion and flair for design  
• Are positive and willing to learn and open to hearing feedbacks 
• Have a passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting 
• Have a team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
