Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals for new employees.

- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure they are functioning properly.

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software and ensure all systems are up-to-date.

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and systems.

- Train employees on new software and systems as needed.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
