We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable engaging with prospects through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
● Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
● Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
● Qualify leads based on established criteria and sales objectives.
● Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM.
● Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
● Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
● Meet or exceed weekly activity and meeting-booked goals.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
● Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
● Experience with SaaS, technology, marketing, or professional services sales.
● Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting
